One of the most important factors in the success of a therapy is the relationship between client and therapist.   It is essential that “the fit” between us feels right.  To help you in your decision-making I’d like to share my background with you.

I have been working in the helping profession for over 20 years now, first as a social worker, and for the last ten years as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFC34772).  I have a Masters Degree in psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.  Over the years I have worked in a range of clinical settings, with the main focus of my clinical work being in-depth psychotherapy in a private practice setting.  I have experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, difficulty traversing life’s transitions, body image issues, eating disorders, and addiction.

If you’re interested in working with me I invite you to give me a
